Body Attack Review

Body Attack Review

Body Attack is probably the most fun fitness class I have been to. It is definitely a hard workout, but the moves involved makes it a lot more enjoyable and you almost don’t notice how much work you are doing.

This class is definitely cardio based. For the full class you are jumping and running around, but also doing squats, lunges and push ups.

The music involved, people around you and also the instructors push you to work hard, challenge yourself and get the most out of the class.

Whole Body Workout

Body Attack is a whole body workout. Instructors will give you alternative moves to fit your fitness level, so it really is suitable for all.

It is said to improve coordination and agility, and I would agree with that. I am not the fastest at picking up moves etc, I am definitely no dancer.

After a few Body Attack classes, I felt a lot more comfortable. When the newer release came out, I felt I picked it up a lot faster than the first, which is something that is unusual for me.
If you watched an Attack class from the outside, with no music and no idea what the class was, you would think that everyone was nuts.

It is though, one of the most enjoyable fitness classes out there in my opinion. I feel a lot more comfortable, and focused than Body Combat.

Some say that Attack is the hardest Les Mills class, which I would probably agree with, except I’m not thinking about the workout as much as the rest.

I would say that although it is a whole body workout, the class involved a lot of legs, and I always feel it the next day.

For anyone who wants to enjoy their workout, I would definitely recommend Body Attack
