Metafit Review
Metafit is a 30 minute HIIT workout that keeps on working
for 24 hours. I have been going to Metafit classes for almost 8 months, and I
would definitely never look back.
Before Metafit, I hadn’t exercised much in a while. I must
admit, I was scared to attend my first. I had heard a lot of good and bad
things about it, so I bit the bullet and went.
My First Class
My first class went well, I felt like it was the hardest I
had ever worked out. Because the classes are so short, you don’t think they
would be that hard. You won’t know until you attend though just how tough they
are.
Anyone can attend a Metafit Class, it doesn’t matter how fit
you are. There are a lot of different tracks available with scary names like the
‘Badboy’ workout ‘The Shredder’ & ‘House of Pain’, so it gets mixed up
almost every week. New tracks are also released regularly.
You work through rounds, carrying out various exercises such
as burpes, squat jumps, oblique squat trusts, sprints and more. Each individual
works at the pace that suits them, although it is important that you do pace
yourself.
If you ever feel like it’s easier, run faster, jump higher
and work harder. That’s what is so good about Metafit, it doesn’t matter how
long you have been going, it never gets easier.
Sometimes it feels like the longest half hour of your life,
but the benefits are amazing. I feel a lot fitter, healthier and now attend a
lot more classes that I don’t think I would have ever tried if it wasn’t for
Metafit.
The length is also good, as if your busy or don’t have much
time for hour long classes, you can get the same benefits from this class.
TIP: Be prepared to feel sore in places you didn’t even know
could be sore.
